Transforming the lives of youth aging out of foster care — with housing, mentorship, life skills, and the unwavering belief that every young person deserves a home and a future.
Annie's House Foundation exists to bridge the critical gap for youth transitioning out of the foster care system. We provide safe, stable housing alongside comprehensive wraparound services that equip young people with the tools, skills, and community they need to thrive.

Partner NowAnnie's House Foundation is the vision of Debbie Cook — a woman who walks in the legacy of Esther and Deborah. Debbie understands that true transformation is not a program; it's a calling.
A John Maxwell Certified Coach, ordained minister, and recognized among Georgia's 100 Women of Excellence, Debbie built Annie's House Foundation on the belief that every young person aging out of foster care carries God-given potential waiting to be unlocked.
Her journey — from the Jordan River to the Western Wall in Jerusalem where she received a divine word concerning prayer — grounds her ministry and the foundation's work in something far greater than statistics. It is rooted in covenant love for the forgotten.
"I believe every child deserves a house that becomes a home, and a community that becomes family." — Debbie Cook
When I aged out of foster care, I had nowhere to go and no one to call. Annie's House didn't just give me a roof — they gave me a family. For the first time in my life, someone was in my corner. I graduated from college because of the support I received here.
I walked through those doors broken and terrified. Ms. Debbie looked me in the eyes and said, "You belong here." The mentorship, the life skills coaching, and the love of this community changed everything. I now have my own apartment and a full-time job. This foundation saved my life.
As a volunteer mentor, I came to give back — but Annie's House gave me far more than I gave. Watching these young people discover their worth, their voice, and their future reminds me why community matters. This is the most meaningful work I have ever been a part of.
